We made ourselves a little raised bed in our garden in April and planted it then, I'm amazed it did so well as we didn't put any netting over and only gave it plant food once in a while.

We have got 11 more plants which are all coming along nicely.  8)

Has anyone tried the leaves, are they worth eating?

It's great. There is nothing like eating what you have grown.

The best thing for me is my little girl getting involved. She's out there every day picking/eating the peas and strawberries.

And tonight she even WANTED to eat her broccoli !!
