what a beautiful garden I wish we could post videos on here as it would be lovely to 'walk ' round your garden  :)

But, but- then you'd see the weedy parts ;D
Actually, on photobucket I can post videos but it takes forever to
download (or is it upload?) them and people get seasick seeing my
video camera swing from side to side. So photos it is.

Feverfew is a bit of a weed in my garden. the interesting thing is that I originally planted the wild type. Now, its descendents are the 'golden' version, and a lot of them are doubles. Shows what a difference cross-pollination can make after several generations.

Just stunning.   ;D  I particularly like the Asclepias in the first picture, I has no idea Milkweed looked that good.   :)

So ya don't get slugs over the pond,wish my Hosta's looked as clean as yours.

Thank you, all,  for your encouraging comments. This is the first yr. the orange Asclepias have looked good. They came as a tiny tuber which has taken about 3 or 4 yrs to develop. Moving them around hasn't helped ;D

Slugs we have but for some reason they don't bother this hosta. Beats me.

The feverfew and daisies I suppose are a weed but both are tough in the heat, seem to blend nicely with other flowers so they get to stay where they pop up. Always interesting to see what the wind and birdies bring :)

You have a beautiful space Annie, everything looks very happy even in the hot summers you get. The pond is fantastic........mine looks like a puddle next to that ;D ;D ;D
