Amazing how much choice there is?

And how different our tastes are?

I well remember Dusky Maiden from a decade or more ago. And I especially like the simplicity of Queen Elizabeth.

Hello

I have no real favorite because each one is different, As you can see there is a few stripped roses there i am doing a stripped roses bed so far i am a quarter way  through planting about another 16 roses to go and should be ready just after summer and i also need to finish my David Austin border  2 more to go off . I have just completed my second hybrid t and flora border just a few unusual roses to finish that one off about another 4 in there so in all i should have around 100 roses in my collection it should be done by spring 2009 along with a new lawn being laid in the autumn this year.

Cheers
Jay

Hello

Not That many hours care a prune in november and trim in march and dead head as they need but it's no problems, The only problem is bindweed which is a massive problem this year i have 2 neighbours clearing there gardens and i am debindweeding everyday i have such a problem that my first rose bed planted in 2006 has to be redone in november when the roses are dorment I need to take out 16 roses and redig the bed to see if i can stop some of the bindweed and also improve the soil.

Cheers
