I just bought this book from ebay for around £7.
Its great and has a wealth of information, highly recommended!!!
Good pics too!
;)
So presumably 30 years on there is some relevance?
I've got this book too. I bought it whilst on holiday from a secondhand bookshop in Malvern about six years ago and paid £4.50 for it. I thought it was a lot of money for a secondhand book so didn't buy it first off. About an hour or so later I went back for it. It has been very useful.

Was that the shop with the book dept. in the back rooms? I bought most of my set of Cadfael Books there. They're brilliant for secondhand books.
I didn't really go into the shop as it had the book on show outside along with many others. I have just looked at a map and the shop may have been in Church Street.
I got it for 50p at the second-hand bookshop at Wimpole Hall (national trust). It's very good.
My mum bought it first time round - and she is now 83 and still uses it!
I bought a brilliant copy from ebay for some pittance or other. It is a good book. Unfortunately I don't allow myself time to read books or magazines this time of year.
I am up and out by 6 with dogs - up the lottie sorting chooks plants until 8 - ready for work at 9 - lottie/home lunchtime - back to work - out with dogs again at 5 then feed dogs and up the lottie until 8 - back home - try to find something to eat and asleep on sofa by 9 - bed if I wake up by 10.30!
Love it! This time of year is magical - wouldn't live anywhere else in the world this time of year!
