Title: Trusses - when to use high potash feed
Post by: chappy on June 08, 2008, 12:02:09
Hi all,

On my tomato feed it says to use when trusses have set.  Does this mean from when I frist have a truss on the plant or should it be when the trusses are in flower?

Many of my plants now have a small truss on them, tiny, but they are there.

Thanks.

Chappy.

Ah Gotcha.

Thanks Tim.

I will continue using a weekly feed of seaweed extract till then.

Thanks again.

Love it - 10ml/gal?

But they do say only fortnightly as a foliar feed??

One capfull per 5 Gallon watering can is what I've been doing.

So yes, that would seem a similar dosage to your suggestion.

I was going to do weekly, but if that's too often then I'll cut back to once a week.

Thanks.
