First dig of newies - planted 3/4 - Sceptre - WHY the mush?? No potatoes grown there before - everything looking so good - calm before the storm I suggested earlier.[attachment=1]

I have to say that I indercooked them & they were not mind blowing.
Was that the seed that had gone to mush? The others look great Tim. :D
half the fun of growing spuds is that there are so many varieties that every year you can try new ones and if they aren't 'mind blowing' they get crossed off my list straight away - look nice though, won't be pulling mine for about 2/52 yet
