just got back from a camping holiday in Wales after breaking my wrist on wednesday. The garden is covered in weeds and i haven't even checked the allotment so i dread to think what state thats in, i'm so glad i gave it all a good weeding before hand.
I can't ask hubby to do it as he has his hands full doing all the other household jobs that i can't manage.
It would have been much easier if I had broken my left wrist instead of my right one ah well, I will just have to let the bindweed and thistles grow this year.
Any one handed gardeners out there that can give me any tips?
You will soon find a way. I had to lay off using my right hand a couple of years ago, I still found ways of gardening, slow but better than nothing. I even used to use my sling to hold one handle of the wheelbarrow.
Don't let anybody see you though, else you will not be able to get them to do the rotten jobs you hate.
Walking holiday, Camping holiday, Supermarket outing - it's becoming a fashion!
But none the less painful.
And inconvenient.

Not far off the mark there. Carpel tunnel, It used to give me a dead arm and numb fingers. So with a bit of nail varnish and some jangly bangles on my wrist. Close my eyes and!
It could be anyone I wished. ;)
Obviously enjoying your carpel tunnel ACE :o :o :o
