For days now we have had constant rain here. Does not look like it is going to dry up either.
If its not that awful drizzle its full pelting rain with strong winds.
Plants are looking worse for wear.... potato plants snapped in half :(
Any advice if this bad weather continues?
It was gorgeous here yesterday, 70 degrees in the garden, too hot too sit out.
Dull today though but still very warm, should have made a better executive decision and washed the bedding yesterday instead of today ::)
I see we are having more flash floods in the south west, it must be so upsetting and frustrating for those residents.
Some people have all the luck!!! Must admit we had some very good days last week and I managed to get a lot of gardening done.
Difficult to give advice re weather spring,I was literally bailling out my garlic bed last night,so glad about my raised beds.I know they like lots of water in spring but this is crazy. My onion s are sitting in water and so are my beans.
Can't wait till I have all the plot raised beds.
My main concern is blight.Affects potatoes and tomatoes.Lost all my spuds to it last year.
Hopefully you have a free draining soil.
The sun will come soon. ;D
The sun has made it down here and the forecast no longer says Heavy Showers but Sunny Intervals, just in time for my shed adventure.

Agree with Springbokgirl about the rain but I call it pacr weather, its pssiede down all week so off we go to the lotty this morning in glorious sunshine but it is to wet to do anything but with a struggl I planted my sweetcorn plants and came home so I will settle for the pub later on, I feel like spraying the bloody lot with roundup ;)
still showers here, on and off. Snails and slugs are having a field day :(
We have had a lovely day here , real gardening weather, pity I had to spend so much time replacing all the "stuff" back in the kitchen. I kept thinking... dump that...NO maybe it will come in handy ;D Young Lorna told me I am as bad as Steptoe!!!!
Yep another gorgeous day here too.
Off to Cornwall next Saturday so lets hope that the weather there equals :)
Been a lovely day here today.
Lovely warm sunshine, bringing out the usual fashions of skimpy tops and skimpy bottoms.
And that is just the men
We are a bit short of the wet stuff for the garden. At present
It seemed to rain constantly for 10 months then gave up.
Pity with all these things they can make to ruin the world, they cant arrange for it to rain gently every night and be sunny every day.
Amazing weather again up here. We really need it to rain (at night), only had one day of rain in the last month.
Its a cool 58 degrees Celsius here in downtown Basrah city, Iraq. Expected to rise to 63-64 by end of June. Do not know what that is in Fahrenheit. No fear of rainfall here until November. Trade you any day. Sweating my gonads off like no tomorrow ;D ;D ;D
Raining here, its wetter than KT's gonads. :o :P :-X ;D ;D ;D
Another beautiful day here, been sweating my little cotton socks off ;D
We have rain today - at least it isn't cold with it.
our weather is a months worth of rain in two hours according to the radio :( Its been raining days and days here....!! Slugs are having a field day with it too!!
Lets hope there is some Sun at the end of the tunnel, according to the 'Weather Channel' site from Friday onwards we have six days of continuous sunshine in th East mids :)
The weather channel is now saying from today we have ten days of sunshine in the East Mids by then the lotty might be dried out ;)
