Title: Cauli's bending leaves
Post by: Suzanne on May 24, 2008, 03:51:10
One of the chaps at the lottie gave me this one and it works well. It was new to me but you probably all do this anyway.

Instead of bending the leaves over the cauli head to keep it white - bring the leaves together and slip an elastic band round them to hold them over the flowerhead. This way you don't break or damage the leaves and also they stay put.

I've no probs finding uses for the standard-sized ones, but I reckon it's the larger ones we'll need?....rich pickings for these en route to the 2 business cencerns I have to pass when I get my car out of my lock-up garage. Thing is, I just know I'm being filmed by CCTV. Good thing I'm past the Age of Embarrassment ;D
