These are pics from our visit to Chelsea taken by daughter 2, Alison, who organised the trip for her dear old Ma. ;D
She took the photos and I paid for lunch ::)
Great pics Emaggie, bet you had a great time. What did you enjoy most?
Without doubt, the George Harrison garden. Me as an experienced oldie and her as a lover of beautiful things.
Yes I saw that one on TV.It looked good. :)
You just had to see the real thing Betula, it was quite emotional somehow.
fab ;D
Yes gardens can be emotional. How lucky to see it all.
I always hang out for NEC as I only live a few miles away.I must go to Chelsea as I will be to old to get there the way I am carrying on.
Did you buy anything? :)
Ha ha! We bought some label markers £1.50 for 100 and a garden sign saying:
Be
Nice
Or
Leave
which seemed very funny then, but at home and hanging in my garden seems just plain rude!!!
In my dreams I bought a garden swing and some metalwork art. Ho Hum....
No ,not rude at all, nice things to have, dreams. You can have anything you like in them :)
Glad you had a great day, what a considerate daughter. Thanks to your daughter for letting us share the pics she took.
Beautiful pics Emaggie.
Would you or your daughter object if I saved a couple to my computer for use as my wallpaper background?
She would be delighted and flattered Honeybee, help yourself ;D
Lovely daughter Lorna, going to miss her when she goes off to live with her lover next year :'(
good swap, lunch for a day like that, maggie
I saw the children's garden on tv and thought how Callum and Eleanor would like it, specially the snake ;D
Thanks Emaggie, tell her I appreciate it, those pics need more than a moments glance. Thank you both x x
Just two more which are Ali's favourites......
