Title: CYPRUS?
Post by: tim on May 22, 2008, 13:10:25
Been there, done it.

But part of this morning's effort in the NEW Magimix present, which stuck in the tin & had to be broken apart, was strongly reminiscent??

Surprisingly, it won't get near the birds.

Despite its aged appearance, the crust is nicely crunchy, while the 'crumb' is just moist.

Wholemeal + white, 200 ml yoghurt, honey. milk...........

I think the Yoghurt helped save it.

I did make a yoghurt bread...ONCE.. It was on TV and I had the ingredients and made it straight away. It was a really decent little loaf and served hot with the meal well enjoyed.

Later, the memory (files are full) did not retain the quantities.

There is just something about 'home made' bread.  It might not look the part, but it certainly tastes it.

Sorry Tim, but it has to be an absolute disaster before the birds get a look in ;D ;D
