And they are the first non-hot, tender, unholy ones I've ever grown.

I'm having leaf salad sandwiches tonight.

Come on, Tim, tell us how you did it... The radishes look fantastic, but those of us who are plagued with flea beetle are desperate to know how to defeat the little tinkers, not least because derris dust is rapidly becoming unavailable.

Other than little holes in the leaves, what damage do they do to roots and fruits?

Down here they will actually kill seedlings, such is their feracity...

How? As always recommended - fleece.

Damage? There can be more holes than leaf and, where you are using the leaves in salads, as in Spicy Mix, they're not pretty. What's left of them.

I was told to beat the flea beetle you sprinkle bi-carb in the drill before you sow the seeds, anyone else do this?
