my mates indoor grapevine ???, he's the miserable looking bugger on the right. :)
No idea but I reckon a good blast with the hose pipe would sort out both problems. ;D

Not the best of piccies, but could be a ladybird larva :-\ :-\

Is it droplets of crystallised sap?
If so what has been piercing the cell wall?
???
Could it be guttation through not having enough airflow or overwatering. Though I have to say I have only seen guttation on leaves.
I agree with Star - happens a lot with a number of plants, Okra comes to mind especially - with vines possibly calcium oxalate crystals within the droplets sometimes called sap pearls
Are they anything to worry about ???
soil moisture might be too high, check it out, otherwise I wouldn't worry about it - if the grapes are being fed then a residue might be visible as the pearls dry out (they can contain all sorts of salts, minerals etc) - if bothered about them wipe them off with a cotton bud
