Title: Spuds in bags
Post by: springbok on May 18, 2008, 20:13:23
This method is sure turning out to be expensive.

Advice please:  Do I need to keep earthing these spuds over.  I have already used 4 75l bags of compost!

start using shredded bills and junk mail, or grass clippings, certainly cheaper and re-cycles stuff  ;D

Hello - Apologies for butting in - I thought the bags needed to be black so that the spuds don't end up green?  Guess you could slip them in a bin bag to block the light.
