Hi Brogusblue
It's about 8-10ft at the moment,it suckers so makes a thicket rather than a bush. Not very good at describing scents so all i can tell you is, not a strong scent but a nice rose smell. :-\. The wife seems to think the lady who sold it to me called it " The Swedish Fairy"??? if that helps ???.

Hello

One last question does it have large red/orange hips in the autumn??, If it does then certain it's rosa rugosa alba As it has the same stems as my hedging and the flowers are same as my white one

As for Swedish Fairy i had a look no rose of that name??

Also my rosa rugosa smell off old rose scent, You can grow the rose from the hips and seed later on in the year if you want more. Photo below is mine it's only 2 years old but it's the only white one in my hedge
