I'm trying to add a photo onto a post and this message keeps coming up, any ideas ?

Could it be the folder you have your picture stored in??? ...just a shot in the dark!

all the others went on, no problem, yesterday..will have a mess around, see what I can do, thanks :)

Just a picture I thought I would try out to look at what it said about the "upload folder".....it didnt say anything for me.
