...Nature sound masker will stop my tinnitus from stopping me from going to sleep, fingers crossed. :-\
But will the 'brook' setting have you going to smallest room all night instead ;D
Wishing you luck, let us know if it works.

Thanks Ace now you have given me a complex, will not be able to put that setting on without thinking i need a lemon dash. :-[ ;D
The heart beat setting is spooky, remember that Hammer movie The Mummy Returns when all you hear is its heart beat as it came for it's next victim, and all you see is it's shadow silhouetted against a wall ........have you met the wife. :o :o ;) ;D
Please let me know if it helps, my husband has tinnitus in both ears bless him. Thank you Rosebud.

I will let you know how i get on over the next few days. my tinnitus is that loud(9000Hz) i can not tell which ear mine is in, it's just this bloody noise in my head. Gone are the days for me when i can sit out on a quiet evering with a glass of something cold and chill out at the end of the day

ray has the same, due to him having some hearing loss as well, he now has 2 hearing aids which help, he uses his mp3 player in bed, sometimes he forgets to take it out before he goes to sleep and wakes up with sore ears :)
hope it sorts you out, it's a terrible thing
