Title: What's anything worth?
Post by: tim on May 07, 2008, 17:32:03
5 years ago my Canon camera cost £239.  It went kaput recently. It had an add-on  wide angle lens which I use a lot.

Found one on e-bay - boxed & unmarked - £35. So now back in business! First time I've used e-bay -- very scary!!

Oh Tim we all know you are a brave man ;D Ebay frightens me to death so I make/ask my son do the few transactions for me, he suggested I open a Paypal account, not on your nelly!!!!!

I just got 5 packs of rootrainers, and they worked out at £4.30 each (inc Postage)! ;D  Sturdier than my "shop bought" ones too!
Well done Tim, a great form of recycling.
