A few flowers open on a big tree this evening - should be lots by the weekend. Think I'll go for more cordial rather than champagne this year.

Dunno, but we've done Gin with the berries, like Sloe Gin. The "fruit" goes great with ice cream afterwards... in a ripple sort of way, as they burn into the homemade ice cream.. ;D
