Title: Does Roundup have a shelf-life?
Post by: caroline7758 on May 04, 2008, 09:34:22
I have a big bottle of roundup which I bought at least 2 years ago. Don't want to waste my time using it if it's likely to have lost its umph!

Yes, but unless it has been in bright light, high temps.. etcetra, it will still be fine it is relatively stable...

I can't find the reference now, but IIRC Roundup keeps for at least 5 years.  If you look up glyphosate, it's said to be stable in air and not sensitive to light.  I'm certainly using some Roundup from last year and it's fine.
