Hi Greenfingers :) :)
Hello. Where are you? (It makes a difference if you're ever stupid enough to ask for advice.)
Hi Greenfingers and welcome from me too.

Welcome to the site! :)
Hi and welcome. :)
I have to say the best advice I have had on growing stuff is from this site, plus you get to hear about so many different varieties of veg - just need to be careful you don't catch the seed addiction thats going around - its highly infectious. ;D
Hello from me too ;D
QuoteNot literally green yet......
Just wait till you get to pinching out the sideshoots on your tomato plants ;D
cj :)
Welcome from me, have fun.

They say that then force you to join some strange cult, they trapped me like that and now force me to work down a bean mine 23.5 hrs a day.
Welcome to the forum. :)
Welcome - there is now no escape, the minute you logged in you were infected with the infectious seed collecting virus. You are officially doomed to scour the shelves of any shop you go into. I resisted for quite some time but have finally succumbed and today went to Morrisons for bread and left with 4 new packets of seeds..............but no bread. ;D Kids then took great delight in informing me in very loud voices in the car park, just how they were starving to death because of their mothers obsession! ;)
Welcome to the site Greenfingers... my nails have never been that colour, not even after pinching out all those tomato plants!!
;D
Hiya Greenfingers and welcome, weren't you in that Bond Film?. ;D
Cheers
Tony
You will develop a 'need for seed'.

Hi too all. Great to have such a warm welcome. My fingers aren't actually green yet and i haven't starred in a bond film either lol....However I am definately a seed collecting addict, nevermind shoes and handbags, give me a packet of seeds anyday! In fact my addiction stretches to plants, gardening books, garden shows and garden programmes...I've been told there's no hope ..... he he
Welcome to the asylum Greenfingers. ;D ;D ;D
Hello! - welcome, im a newbie here too, and its a fantastic source of advise, ideas help ???...... and the occasional "phew" :o when you think you have messed up ( leggy tomatoes) but realise all is not lost (replant them deeper). So thanks to everyone here for a lovely community of advise!
Ive not grown anything for over 20 years, but now have a partner with an allotment (whats his is now mine ;D) so im back at it full on, and what a joy it is to get back to growing, sowing and enjoying the journey of the plants and the cycles of the year.
Hellooooooo Jaqz and welcome aboard.
I can see you have your priorities correct...Finding a man who already has an allotment...well done to you ;D ;D ;D
