I cannot find any attachments as you can for the mantis but at that price it still seems a bargain

I got mine from a farm sale over in wales a good british built merry tiller got loads of attachments with it

I bought my rotovator off e-bay it's a 73 Mountefield but with a re-con Briggs&Stratton 5hp Quantum engine and it does a great job, I have also bought a set of traction wheels and engineered my self a ridging plough and a set of hoe's and I must say it has saved me loads of time, last week when I had to do some more heavy digging(65sq metres) yesterday I went to the lotty with the rotovator and broke it all down, if I can get on in the next day or so I will ridge it up and put some more spuds in, so whatever you buy go ahead and make the purchase :)
Another fan of old-fashioned rotavators here. But that doesn't help with the original question. :)
I would be very suspicious of this machine. I'm sure that it will operate as advertised, but my guess would be that the tines will be made of the cheapest possible mild steel, and will bend and break under anything but the lightest usage.
It will be a lot lighter than the old-style ones, which is both good news and bad news. Good news for loading it in a car for getting it to the lottie. Bad news for using it to actually dig the ground. It won't be heavy enough for anything other than cultivation - it's really a tiller rather than a rotavator.
I guess it is the Mantis 4 Stroke with kickstand and border edger then at £339 (Item M43)
