T'other - great Garlic but once opened, like everything these days, refridgerate & use withi 3 days!! 1 1/2 lb of Garlic??
A lot of garlic to dispose of! Maybe do chickens roasted with garlic and ask in lots of company?
Or eat it all yourself and keep the company away...

Yes I saw these large jars of peeled garlic, fortunately I read the 'keeping' instructions and left them on the supermarket shelf. No wonder they were so cheap!
I get the tubes of puree now for when I do not need to use the cloves, which I use fresh.
Funny how the fresh lasts longer than the ones in a jar innit?
