good for you, hope you get loads of veggies ;D
Now is when the obsession really kicks in.......when you find yourself with your nose in the soil desperating willing something to peek above ground level! lol Planted my 1st earlies the other week and I'm still doing it rofl ;D
After nine years it still feels fantastic!
Bet you are also pleased you beat the winter showers forecast for this weekend 8)
me too, this week,we got earlies in,garlic, shallots and onions..much more to follow over the weekend, rain or no rain(ok ok i say that now!) also got side path borders done,so looks so neat and tidy..and ...ours..ove r the moon xx
Me too!!! Planted strawberries a few days ago. But today planted 2nd earlies - hope they're ok with the weather forecast for the next few days! Have now realised we've got way too many spuds - may not bother with the maincrop - or might just do a few, otherwise we'll have spuds and nothing else!!!
The council strimmed the plot to the ground early in the year, the raspberries and blackcurrant bush are slowly recovering!
Just been told to add that hubby has done lots of hard work digging over the next plot for me to clear!
Me to had a good day yesterday also found a good local nursery that does veg plants throughout the year :)
Wait until you dig up your first spud. :D ;D :P ;D ;D ;D
