Allotments 4 All

i am in hospital got admitted on sunday night with bad stomach pains :'( :'(  ive had x rays and scans and nothing is showing blood tests came back normal  ??? i keep getting high temps and im still in pain. i cant even sleep because it hurts so much and the doctors dont know what is wrong with me.on tuesday i couldnt stop vomitting but i think that was down to the drugs but by golly it hurts like hell and im feeling very sorry for myself . i just want to know what is wrong with me but every time i ask i get told we are still waiting for the results to come back im not even allowed to eat . i will just have to wait to see what tomorrw brings good news i hope. sorry for going on but m worried and fe up and could do with cheering up one good thing is we have the internet via the bedside  tv

Sympathy to you, THWW. If it's any help, a friend's mother was admitted with similar symptoms a bout a month ago. After a barrage of tests had eliminated everything serious, it came down to an infection which cleared rapidly once treated. Hope that your problem turns out to be as simple and gets fixed soon.

 :-\  I am so sorry that you are stuck in hospital, and suffering so much... guess its the right place to be suffering as such... but a right pain when you feel so awful!! I do hope they get to the bottom of things shortly... (hopefully tomorrow!!) Cannot believe you now have access to the internet via your hospital bed.... things have certainly come a long way!! At least you can keep in touch with the outside world and particularly A4A!!
Keep your spirits up Tohellwiththeweeds.... I am quite sure you will be back on the allotment before very long... In the meantime, rest, do what you are told (not that you have much choice!) and try not to worry... !!

You poor thing!  My boss had similar symptoms and had to be rushed in for an emergency op - he had appendicitus ....perforated.  I'm sure the hospital will get to the bottom of the problem soon and be able to treat you so you feel better.  Be careful about using the internet in hospitals though - they can prove very very pricy! Cyber hugs.

Get well soon these things take time to find out what is wrong, but I echo what Twinkletoes had to say it can be very pricey using  the internet in hospitals,   I hate you to have another shock when you see the phone bills.

Here's hoping that the doctors get you sorted out as soon as possible, so that you can get back to the gardening! I guess internet costs in hospitals are like the costs in hotels - beware!

Hope you are feeling better today. My 16 year old daughter was taken in over night 3 weeks ago with severe stomach pains. The hospital did tests but couldn't find anything wrong. Let her come home the following evening. Her stomach is still tender sometimes. Its the not knowing what caused it that is so annoying.
She was funny when she had some morphine lol.

you poor thing there is nothing worse then being in hospital hopefully they will get to the bottom of it soon and youll be up and about again

Hope you soon feel better and any results from tests prove nothing serious.

A few weeks ago my daughter was taken to hospital with the same symptoms.

They could find nothing wrong and put it down to some new virus, was really scary at the time.

I hope all is well with yourself and you get better really soon :D

Feel sorry for you THWW. Are you in County because son in law has been  in intensive care ward there these past few days having his Stoma bag reversal done. Hopefully he will back on a ward tomorrow. If you need anything fetching in you only have to ask because we will be visiting every day for the next week probably.

Thanks manics he's doing really well. Better than six months ago when he had the strangulated hernia, he was at deaths door for 6 weeks. He is literally as strong as an ox though and that got him through when he looked likely to cash in his chips. Mr Barlow the surgeon is an absolutely brilliant man and renound in these parts for his skills. Thanks to him Rob will soon be back to his old self again.

Hi, To hell with weeds hope to see you soon, but dont worry about flo. she is fed and watered every day, and she is eating for twenty. She will be a sumo chicken soon. Have been texting D tonight and three or four messages backwards and forwards and he comes back with,"who is it" when i said it was buster, yeah ok. All of your seedlings have turned out and we water them regularly. flo wont shut up singing even when she is eating she is still giving it lip. Do you need anything bringing up for you.I have dropped off cards at your house. Hope to see you soon as i am having to make my own brews cheers Buster,tracey and lads

Are you still in hospital?  If so, pm which ward and I will try to get to see you.  At least I will get OH who is a trainee nurse to pop in to say hi.  Hope you are feeling well soon. :)
