If you want to watch TV in 3D just buy a pair of el-cheapo sunglasses from somewhere like Cheap as Chips (or the equivalent in your country) and push out and remove the left hand lens.
The 3D effect works best when there is movement, so a video like 'Band of Brothers' is an excellent one to watch.
Give it a go.

Lol ~ At work my friend told me she had written out her notice and it was in her bag. I was flabbergasted and couldn't understand her thought process :'(
I spent a very concerned twenty minutes with her talking her through it all and advising against it ~ until she enlightened me to the date ::)
