Title: Bulls Blood
Post by: Tin Shed on March 30, 2008, 17:16:38
Have got some Bulls Blood beetroot seeds. They seem to be used more as fashionable salad leaf  than  as a beetroot - has anyone tried them as a beetroot? Are they tasty/fibrous etc?

We grow for both ,as long as they do not get too large they are fine, good raw too.

All Beetroot leaves are edible... some are nicer than others... Chard and Leaf beet are basically the same thing!
