Made a Rhubarb Meringue Pie  - it looked and tasted wonderful, but have to perfect the rhubarb bit as it was a bit runny!!!
Will be trying a Rhubarb Bread and Butter pudding this weekend as well as starting off the Rhubarb Schnapps. The family generally groan when it is revealed that part of the meal will be another rhubarb experiment!!!!

LOL  :D  What is the R. bread and butter pudding like? I'd be interested in a recipe if you have the time?  Our R. always ends up as a pie usually with crumble topping or ice cream.

Heyyy, rhubarb schnapps! Is this an experiment or have you already tried this Jeannine? I am doing all sorts of fruit vodkas but havent yet done this one. My friends have become even better friends since I started making this stuff! I like the sound of this though

Have never tried the Rhubarb B&B Pud - it is tonight's rhubarb experiment ;D ;D ;D

The recipe is on this link [hopefully!]
http:/www.london-eating.co.uk/newsletter/2007/march/recipe.asp

When ever I get a glut or come into a veg/fruit season I do a Google search and just see what comes up  -  hence all the experiments.  :D

The Rhubarb Schnapps is an experiment as well - looking forward to that one as well!!!
