Gosh Tim. Lucky Duck you 8) And just in time for the earliest Pasqual Lamb Noshing Session in living memory too..... there's you, living the high life in the Cotswolds having mint, and me, living a low-life down in Brum having not a sign of a leaf.... :(

I've also got a smattering of leaves on my apple mint.  How about posting the recipe as you now have me salivating all over my keyboard... :P

When number one son went to uni in 1995 Nigel Slater's books went with him. 8)

my neighbour has mint growing all through his lawn.  He keeps it there, as he says when it mows it makes the garden smell wonderful... lol.
