I would love a couple of bush buttercup and table gold acorn. I have been looking for some bush winter squash to save a bit of space.  I've got lots of seeds I can send for the school project.  I will PM you.

Many thanks,
Ali

Hi Jeannine - would love to try either the Sweet Meat or Table Acorn ( both sound great ).  Are they outdoor varieties?  I do have some long curly Sicilian squash or knobbly north Italian Zucchini :  both bought

Yesterday went fine, not exactly pleasant but quite acceptable, I refused the sedation they offered me and just took the locals. It took an hour and a half and  they only did one side so I have to go back for the other.

After I was perfectly OK,slept well last night, minor almost invisible discomfort on rising, but gradually over the course of the day I started to get more an more pain, it is very very bad now, this is pain from the procedure, the original pain has gone.

The hospital phoned me today ( they do the day after) apparently it is not unusual it is trauma from the  burning which causes bruising, it is as the bruise comes out that the pain comes, it is apparently temporary so will go away eventually.

So I am walking the Hunch back of Notre Dam, but have kept positive,

Keep thinking positive - think of yourself as Esmerelda not the Hunchback!!!!!

No better but I am hopeful.  Said my prayers last night for help with the pain and the  good Lord sent a burst pipe to the school  in the night which has brought the Easter break three days earlier so I am off now!! Forgive my little joke please God  but it was bang on for timing.

Not a lot stops me, but this has.

Only for a while though

Ji Jeanine,
Would love to have a few of your squash seeds if you have any to spare. Don't mind which as I haven't tried any yet. I am new to this so I am afraid I don't have any to swap yet.
I am due to start school project after the Easter holidays (have had two raised beds built in our outdoor play area)- would be interested to hear about yours and compare notes. Thanks, will PM my address.
