Hearts? NEVER!! Only use outer stems for cooking!!

Hmmm, I have a celery heart waiting for me to do something with it. How do you braise it?

I do it with Chicken Stock in the bottom oven.

Lishka - no waste - I use the real heart for raw & the rest for braising.
