THE FIRST TAVERN IN THE TOWN AND IF I RECALL CORRECTLY, this is the oldest stretch of roadway still in usage in the state

Really lovely pictures, thanks for posting. I wasn't expecting anything so green and familiar. My parents went to Savannah on a cargo ship just like the one on your photo - he was in the Merchant Navy, I was in school :-[ & mum said it was lovely.
