Title: How to layout allotment
Post by: caseylee on February 25, 2008, 19:01:02
My allotment site has 13 sites.  Now you can't really tell where one ends and one begins cause there is only three of us on them.  Can anyone give me some cheap ideas on how to surround my site so that I can see my boundaries clearly.  Fencing is very expensive and my husband is a computer nut not a very good diy if you know what I mean lol.  I was thinking about using string, or could I ask the council to come out and relable the sites, any ideas would help

although i have paths around three sides of my plot the forth side is butted up to my neighbour. we have a length of blue heavy plastic twine along the length of the border and this is highly visable and works fine.
