Title: Peanuts for...
Post by: Sparkly on February 24, 2008, 13:01:56
I have a good load of peanut seeds still in their shell for planting in April. I will have plenty of spare seed. In return, I am looking for any of the following:

*Any heirloom/unsual tomato variety
*A variety of beefsteak tomato
*Tiny Tim Tomato
*Any variety of sweet pepper
*Broad beans
*A variety of tall growing pea seeds
*Any winter squash/pumpkin variety that does well in northern weather!
*Anything unusual you can suggest!

If you don't have these do not worry as  I would be happy to send some seeds over anyway. I have recieved plenty of seeds from various members on A4A

Also, if you have any of the above but do not want the peanuts, let me know what you are looking for as I may have something suitable to swop anyway.

When planting peanuts do you use the peanuts you get in bird seed?

Never thought about planting these so any advice would be appreciated!
