Title: HABAS FRITAS

Lightly spiced cooked broad beans.
I bought a packet of tyrells and they are so tasty.A great snack.Does anyone know how to make these.I think its a great way to use up some of your broadbeans. ;D

i love these too and have often wondered about how to make them, i found this recipe, but i have never tried it.

my broad bean plants are about only about 10cm high as yet.

Living in Spain we eat our broad beans (habas) like this all the time. saute onions in loads of good olive oil, add garlic and broad beans with lots of salt, cover and cook until the habas are tender, this really is yummy!
