Can I plant these now in a cold greenhouse. We still have lots of frost in a our area.
No. I would wait another month or so. Patience my dear, patience. 8)
I think its just me getting so excited cause I actually now have the room to grow enough for my whole family, plus I am so bored with this weather at the mo looking for things to do lol

Like a kid on Christmas eve, or in a sweetie shop.
If you are looking for things to do at the times of year when cropping is thin on the ground:
Mend any broken fences
Have you guttering & drainage on your shed to catch rainwater?
Build compost bins
Build a coldframe
Get a delivery of manure
Build raised beds if you intend to grow this way. I don't personally.
Plan what you want to grow - varieties, early, late & main crop
Just a few ideas to keep you busy ;)
Thats a good list to give to hubby lol, im the planting one hes the manual one, not that he has a choice really. anything you would recommend planting this time of year with the beautiful weather we are having
