Well, I wish I could say that I missed you all, but we had such a good time:
3 nights in Las Vegas
7 nights in Hawaii
and 4 nights in San Francisco
>
Vegas was brilliant, lots of noise and lights, lots of gamblers and a 24
hour a day culture - really good fun:
We went to as great show called the Tournament Of Kings, full of horses,
buff looking men and swashbuckling and jousting!!
Spent a few dollars each night on the slot machines, and more dollars on
the outlet mall
Hawaii was just about the most beautiful place I have ever seen, palm
trees, beaches, high-rise hotels, red sunsets, mountains and so much
greenery - never realised it was so green.
We went snorkeling and whale watching, Jon had a surf lesson, and it was
75-80 degrees all day everyday
Also went rifle shooting and quadbike driving - a really special place,
full of magic, beautiful and friendly people and a wonderful atmosphere
- would drop everything to live there tomorrow if we could!!
Then on to San Francisco - they had more rain in January than the whole
of last year - and we saw 3 days of it, still it's a unique place, very
hilly, in the middle of a city, and we rode the cable-cars up and down
them.
We went to Alcatraz, and they let us back out again!!! but a fascinating
place, quite eery and a little strange to be stood in a prison where the
likes of Al Capone and Machine Gun Kelly were held prisoner
A few pics for you all;

Manic - I couldn't look out at the view from the window, I found out that I have nausea at heights!!!!!!
Saddad - yep, better get back to the real world, decided to go and get a job, after 3 years - as well as try to tend the plot, gotta start saving for the next mega holiday!
Green with envy. :)
