My egg providing lady had some sacks of chicken manure going cheap. What plants is it best used for, or is it ok to use generally?

At the risk of extending your own pun, has she taken the chicken out of the bag?!?! ;D
If it's well rotted, its great stuff to dig into your onion bed. Onions like chicken manure. :)
great compost accelerator ;D
Thank you all for your replies and the very informative link KT. It's fresh, but I can store it by my shed after I've put some on my compost heap.
