I sell the plants and adore all the different varieties! am hooked!!! also I make and sell a mean thai chilli sauce!!
Phew kinda glad you don't attempt to eat them all! That Thai sauce must have a secret recipe - "a blend of twenty two of the finest chilis" could be the beginning of an MandS ad ;D
And there are worse things to be hooked on ;)
It's spelt Fatalii, I have four seedlings growing away at the moment.
I don't have any spare seeds I'm afraid. :'(
I didn't know they were so hot, as last year's plants didn't produce any fruits.
I have one Bhut Jolokia seedling, this holds the world record at over 1,000,000 scoville units.
The previous record holder, Red Savina was a mere 300,000.
I also make a chilli sauce, a mixture of all the types I grow, with some tomatoes and onions.
Not exactly a secret recipe. ;D
I've got 14 types on the go at the moment, I will sow some more soon (I've only got one heated propagator).
79 varieties sown and counting! Looking forward to trying a slither of Naga!!! :P ;D
Today i have sown the following chillies;greek pepperoni
starfish
puta de madre
stavros
madame jeanette
korean dark green
pepper murcia
kurtovska kapiga
large aran plaza
sweet hakion
black hungarian
dulce italiano
This will do for this season, but you will never now.
Don't want to be behind so I better sow mine today too! I am planning of sowing chillies, aubergines and peppers this afternoon. :)
