Renewing Car Insurance - thought it might be cheaper if Wife wasn't on it - she has vision problems.

my OH added me to his and it went down ... I added him to mine and it went up :o
18 year old son has his test in two weeks :o
He is looking for quotes, and after changing his title from Mr to Mrs the same quote went down by half :o

Hopefully several more years Tim. Mum was 2 months short of 90. I have 4 sisters older than me ranging from 75 to 86 and a brother who will be 90 in October. The baby brother is only 71 :)

When my husband died and I phoned the insurance (in my name with him as additional driver) they were amazed that the premium wasn't going up. Apparently singles are more of a risk than marrieds.
