Well, yes I suppose. But, as you say, so well worth it! This lot got overcooked. Should have been nearer the 'nectar' colour. Shame!!
At an absolute guess -
15 min pressure cook fruit
10 min cut up
40 min reduce to set
10 min fill jars.
10 min wash up.
