Hi I have the following tomato seeds available for swaps.
I will pack 10 seeds to a packet
All my seeds are bought not homesaved.
I usually buy large sized seed packets to enable me to swap.
All have been bought either this year or last year.
In return I only want tomatoes, and again 10 to a pack please.
Please state if bought or homesaved.
Please look on net for details of varieties offered.

That's a challenge Jeannine!!! The only one I can see that I have is Buffalo Horn... but only got them this year so just have a few. If I manage to save some seed perhaps we can swap next spring!
Wow have you moved to 2 suitcases now?
Jeannine I have some Blight resistant FANTASIO [sow January onwards]. I don't see them on your list ;D.
Blight resistant - and delicious!
A superbly flavoured variety, bearing a prolific crop - each fruit up to 200g (½lb) in weight. Good Blight tolerance helps the leaves stay green and healthy! Medium fruited variety - an essential element of your summer salads!
Lauren :D
Og goodee. pm me which one you would like in return and thank you XX Jeannine
I have White Wonder.
any use?
Oh yes please, White Wonder would be great.Pm me what you want in return, thank you XX Jeannine
Cheers will pm now.
Jeannine, do you have an allotment or a farm?
Make that several farms?
2 lotties and a seed saving problem!! XX Jeannine

I am impressed. I have been called a seed nerd myself given the size of my collection but I suspect it is miniscule in comparison to yours...
Well I guess it is better than collecting empty gin bottles XX Jeannine

I agree. If society were to collapse tomorrow, at least we would have a headstart on the others...
That is a fantastic list Jeannine!
Can I be nosey and ask how many varieties you grow each year, and how many of each?
It depends. I have one large greenhouse that I grow just toms in, can hold about 30 plants, just one of each if I am trying new ones. Then I grow some in pots at home with a few in the home greenhouse. On my second lottie I will grow them outside if it is a good year for one year, then concentrate more on the squash the next year. I usually sow about 4/6 of each, then cut down as I go on.
I am hoping to fit a good lot in this year as we lost everything last year in the floods. It is the tomatoes turn but as we lost all the squash last year to the floods I am hoping to do both. So lots of pots this year, I will be concentrating more on suitable container ones, for the outside ones mostly determinate and some minis, only big ones in the one greenhouse unless I give up the melon one and use that too..not sure yet.
XX Jeannine
Good Luck fitting it all in :D
hi jeannine
I can offer you some Ildi, if you're interested? I haven't grown them yet but bought a packet after someone recommended them on here, can't remember who though.
"Mini, sweet, yellow, pear-shaped fruits hang like bunches of grapes, with an incredible 80 fruits per truss. A cordon variety which stays compact, and the fruit has good standing qualities. Both indoor and outdoor crops, will naturally stop growth at 5-6ft."
Oooh, Jeannine, I have just checked and you dont seem to have 'Sweet Million". At last, I have something you dont have ::) That;s quite a challenge with your vast collection ;D
let me know if you are interested.
cj :)
Norfolklass and Caroline, yes please and yes please, I thought I had both of these actually but it seems I don't, and I love Sweet Million, I have never grown Ildi but felt sure I had some, maybe my head is mixing them with Inca.
Please pm addresses in case I don't still have them and let me know which ones you want in return please. Just 10 is fine.
Thank you both XX Jeannine
I have the Lime Green Salad and Pink Ping Pong you ordered for me from TGSC, also Saint Pierre and Scattolone
Hi Boo, I have St Perre and Scatalone, but if you are sure about the other two I will certainly accept them, but only if I can trade you for what I got from Tomato Growers which I hadn't put on my share list as like you I mostly only bought small packets or shared a bigger one.
New ones from Tomato Growers were
Orange Pixie,Jersey Devil,Jolly,Balls beefsteak, Sweet Cluster, Legend ,Small Fry,Sprite,Applause,Polar Star,Polar Beauty,Polar Baby,Bush Champion,Sun King.
Pick a couple and I will trade you smaller amounts.
These are all new to me apart from Bush Champion and the Polar trio.
Thank you so much.
XX Jeannine
Oooh, this thread is starting to get like Pokemon trading cards ;D I am really enjoying Jeannines quest for the 'rare' ones ;D
cj :)
you should have steamed open the packets when you had them Jeannine - and saved me the price of a stamp ;D. I'll send 10 of each
I have some Vilmorin Roma VF plum if they are of interest. If they are, I would like the Black Cherry or anais noir for the swap please.
