Title: Pickled eggs too strong....

Opened my first batch of pickled eggs bottled 7 weeks ago. Boy are they strong - almost don't taste the egg due to near neat white vinegar. Only me gonna be eating them.

Can I dilute the vinegar and add sugar similar to doing beetroot when making pickled eggs or would this not work?

All ideas welcome.
