Anyone who sends me incredimail at work is swiftly banned!

All you need is an inbox like a firework display: especially the twits who try to write in a font almost invisible against the background.

Grrrrrrr...

We moved from Virgin to Sky but are now leaving Sky (which was utterly useless and needed the router rebooted about 10 times a day) for Demon. We never had any problems with Blueyonder when it was Telewest. They atrted once it became Virgin Media.

I've been on NTL broad band for over 5 years. In that five years I never had to reset my modem or router ever! As soon as Virgin took over my speed dropped from 10Mb to under 4Mb, evening speed is almost back to dial up speed and I have to reset sometimes 4 times per day.

I never ever had to phone the NTL helpline. Since Virgin took over it seems that all I do is phone the bloody helpline. They've replaced my modem twice and it's changed nothing, it's still a bigger load of cr*p than the local farmer delivered to my plot a few weeks ago.

And if I sound disgruntled that's because I am. NTL was an absolutely tremendous ISP but not once did they ask me if I minded them selling out to a money grabbing, don't give a t*ss outfit like Virgin.

Since Virgin took over, even A? Oh Hell! look like a viable alternative.

Rant over, sorry, I do apologize. This is a subject I feel very strongly about and I just feel so P'd off at losing such a good ISP and fantastic service that I used to have without warning. And all for the same price!

I have to say i nearly agree with you Plot 69, I still have my cable and wireless email address, that's telling you i have been using their service for a very long time....and i never had a problem with them at all, until boltblue, then i was forever going over my limit......not going to talk about being a virgin (user)!
