Title: My plot "before" pics
Post by: meandmine on November 26, 2007, 19:38:48
I've been up to the allotment this morning and taken some before pics.  We've done a bit of work since I took them but I don't think I'm ready to do after pics quite yet  ;D
Anyway, here's the before pics.

Just keep taking lots of pics. I find it spurs you on when you look back and THINK you haven't made any progress, when really you have. It's easy to forget what  a mess you started with.
Keep digging
Good Luck  :)

It'll keep you warm over the winter digging that!!

One day you'll be able to look back and laugh....

Thanks you two  :)  I'll be taking pics every time I go up there and we definitely need something to do to keep warm because the boiler's packed up lol

I looked at pictures that I took years ago when I started on mine and can hardly believe it! You will soon have the plot looking completly different.

Also the pictures look to show quite a promising plot - at least it's not covered with blackberries. When I cut down the thorns I found loads of good fruit growing underneath - loganberries and blackcurrants.

Looks like it will be a challange but one well worth taking on  :D
this time next year it will be full of your winter veggies and you will have a full freezer of summer crops  ;)
