This morning at Wilko, I got a hoe for £1.99 and a fork (full size, not hand) for £2.99.
They're both metal and fairly sturdy. I've had a spade from the same range for a couple of years and it's still in good condition.
They also had hand forks, trowels, soil sieves and plant pots at 75% off.
