We are having a big juicy steak and a couple of bottles of wine tonight. Goodbye.
PS If that don't work I will try bacon for breakfast.
What's the use of a long and happy life if you can't enjoy it.
Remember to have a nice big glass of fruit juice to start the brekkie. :o
That's ma Boy. ;)
chocolate cake and cream to finish, that'll do the trick ;D
.....and strong coffee and maybe a glass of port ;)
Trying to come to terms with giving up salt and butter (Doctor's orders) but I am bu***red if I am giving up anything else!!
hokum
I aint giving up anything i enjoy life is 2 short!!
;D :'(
Can someone tell me what's wrong with fruit juice? Saw it on a list of things to avoid the other day, still don't understand why it's bad for you...
:-\
if its so bad for us why did all my grandparents live into their eightys and ninetees???? only difference i can see with then and now is all the chemicals used in producing the processed meats and the red meat (antibiotics etc)
but doing my bit by growing the food on the lotti with as little chemicals as possible - they have there place but only as a last resort
Hi,
I've got a bit of a problem with all of this.........first of all we are nagged about what is bad for us, don't drink, don't eat cheese, drink coffee, tea, or whatever it is this week but then..
every other headline is about how the ageing population is living too long and becoming a burden on our society.
Can't win!!!!
Even bread and water will be bad for us if 'they' insist on putting folic acid in flour.
But the good side is that if you're thirsty, beer is better for you than water ;D.
valmarg
Well I am still here, I even tried waffles, maple syrup and cream, Her indoors felt a bit queasy, so I had to eat half of hers. Perhaps I will go in my sleep, Oh well I will find out in the morning, or will I? how will I know? Better have a gin to clear my head.
;D ;D ;D ;D
Ah well, R.I.P. Ace, hell of a way to go!
;)
Don't forget to fry the bacon Ace.
Sure I saw somewhere that there are more calories in a pint if orange juice than there are in a pint of guiness.
Breakfasts are going to be different ;D
You won't live any longer if you follw the advice, but you will be so miserable that it will feel like it!
;D
couldn,t help thinking of a woman near us that died of breast cancer last year
she was vegan, never drank anything stronger than soya milk, spent a fortune at the health food shop what was the point! enjoy life while you,v got it thats what I say

....if her C was oestrogen+ the poor lady was feeding it. :(....I was given a big warning to keep away from soy products...not that I'd ever intended to knowingly get within 500yards of the stuff, mind :o
And the difference between beer and water in my local is zilch, I reckon..
we will be ok if we have onions

Ambrosia
Do you know I was doing quite nicely till that stupid bint Yvette Fielding came poking about.
Now then Ambrosia, I take it you mean the stuff that comes in a tin, I can't stand it, unless it has a mars bar melted in it.

Yep! That's the stuff an I like yer fancy improvement. Eat it straight out of the tin...yer don't need a spoon - a 16-pack of Cadbury's Flakes dipped in and swirled round'll do nicely.
