I am hoping for a S/S ladies fork - also that some else will wash up after Christmas Dinner ;D ;)
Far too early to think about it- I think this topic should be banned until December- bah humbug! ;D
Too early? I have already had one present. Lorna paid for my new glasses as part of my Christmas present. She came in the other day from shoppng and said "Don't look in that bag"
Hoping for gardening presents although son John refuses to buy gardening things, John and Donna usually buy me personal things.
Like Caroline think it is too early to really think about Christmas.
Agree lets get Nov out the way first. ;D ;D ;D
HI
I have asked hubbie for a new portable DAB radio for my allotment as the wind up one i have does not seam to hold a charge for very long.
Cambourne7
to have christmas day off and spend it with my family and not to have worked the night before either not to have to try to enjoy myself on 2 hours sleep and not to fall asleep in the stuffing lol
;D ;D ;D
I know what you mean Deb, am on nights over xmas and lates for new year..
:'(
I've asked for a polytunnel.
We're going to Paris - again - before Christmas so that will have to do [rather nicely actually]. What I would like to ask for is a guarantee for no blight next year, gentle rain every night and bright warm days!
We went to Paris one New Year and it was brill.

that would be great but would also like to weeds to stop growing !!
Paradox there... I'm not able to think that far ahead... so I'll wait until Xmas... don't hold out much hope though as not had B'day present yet from July!!
::)
I've already had one of mine, a juice press but there's plenty of time to hope that I'll get something else as well ;D
A finished off last years Christmas present, my lottie shed would be nice....
No roof on it yet.... :-\
Scary thought. I'm off to France for Xmas - in the Jura beside Geneva with my brother. It would be nice to have snow and maybe get to the ski slopes?
I'll have to start putting things together to take with me soon. Also get the Xmas cards done. I have a painting Peter did loaded in the computer and need to format it as a card and print it out. Now would be a good time. If I leave it till later it just becomes too much pressure.
I liked it in the days when Xmas began on Xmas Eve with putting the tree up and decorating it. Mind you the food preparations always start round about September but I haven't had to do that this year since I'm going away.
I'm planning to ask for a Kelly kettle. Has anyone got one? It sounds magnificent. Do they really work?
My brother has one and he loves it.
I'm thinking that perhaps a rotovator is a present too far, so maybe I'll ask for some leather gardening gloves ;D
I would like peace & goodwill in this crazy world of ours.
Top of my list too, Rosebud
That and a lottery win !
not sure what a Kelly kettle is ? but sounds interesting ???
Have a look here Blue bird www.kellykettle.com you will see better than I can describe it. ;D
Well I mentioned the rotovator and BW said something which was unrepeatable :( but I had a word with the kelly kettle Bro and he is going to let me use his. That man has every gadget I could ever want. ;)
Have just asked m-i-l for a Brother label maker (she likes to start earlier than me!) ;D
really like this though found it on ebay thought i might get it on a t shirt lol ;D
a pint glass wiv a special design on it
okay as you folks know this has been my 50th year and i have had the barn dance, got the mg bgt so for christmas i would like a purple tee shirt with 'I've got no wuckin furries' written clearly on the front. Seriously i would.
One of the t-shirt companies... Rosie Neiper (?) have a section where you can do your own slogan... my fav addition this year was "See No Weevil..."
;D
;D ;D ;D ;D
