Title: The law of the land
Post by: TrailRat on June 29, 2004, 18:46:28
I learnt the other day that the site where my lottie will be, is designated Kings Grazing Land. That's why they haven't been able to build on it when the application for the sports centre expansion was put in. What is Kings Grazing Land? Does this mean I can get livestock despite council objections? Where do I find out more information?

Kings Grazing Land is more likely to mean the Queen could put animals on it if she wanted to.  Us ordinary folk would needs rights of commoning, or foldage or pannage or something.
