Today I got the keys to a new lottie. It is higher up the field and faces east and gets the sun all day. It is very level even though it is so over grown.
What I'm really excited about, is the lovely shed/summer house with 360 deck.
I have inherited a rhubarb plant and loads of strawberries and loads of weeds, but I'm not bothered as I'm happy with my new location. There are also two raised beds, but you cannot see them for weeds. ;D

That is GORGEOUS!!!
I am jealous, lucky you.
;)
Thanks Katy.
I do feel really lucky. ;D
WOW !
Did anyone notice the fantastic view in the second picture?
That will be great to look at during tea breaks between digging and weeding.
Congratulations on your new plot ;)
I'm thrilled for you Lauren
What a fantastic spot - enjoy Lauren ! (Not that you need me to tell you that !) ;D
wow great view, when can i come and dig your plot, i leave cambridgeshire, and be your slave lol.
Crikey, what a gift that sunroom is, don't forget to keep pics coming at each stage when you start clearing and planting.
I am green with envy, what a superb summerhouse! 8) 8)
Yep - allotment envy proving hard to control in this flat corner of England.
What a great spot (and shed!) : happy growing - I'm sure you'll have a lovely time there. :)
Your plot will look the business once you've had a tidy up, great views. ;D ;D ;D
Lauren is this the one you were offered the over day or have you taken on two, its cracking makes you wonder why they give them up unless its due to age

Because they never got anything done :o......they just sit there looking at the view, and who could blame them! what a spot. :)
Happy days or what Lauren ! Lovely plot that is. ;D
What a great plot, I'd love to see more pictures as you go along.
The plot was given up because the people who had it before me their business took off better than they expected and time was limited.
Debs, No I gave up the other plot. Who ever takes it on will have virtually no work to do. Weed free and more of less stone free.
Summerhouse and view - it's like having a holiday home ;D
Ellkebe Oh you said it right...My new holiday home ;D.
Thursday I was at the allotment late and arrived very early (7.00am) on Friday to help hubby carry down a new bench and wheel barrow he delivered in a borrowed work's truck. I was asked if I had camped there overnight. Ha ha not quite warm enough for shed camping yet ;D
oh my gourd, that view is amazing, whereabouts are you, do you want me to do some weeding? ;)
Tilts...I'm in Devon, so come on down I'd be glad of some weeding help...Thanks ;D
